A story that has a happy ending in 2020!
“When we were looking for the right builder, we had a vision about how we want our 1950s Rivervale stud frame home to become our dream residence by more than doubling its size. It was an ambitious plan with partly demolishing the existing building while we are living in the home.
While sharing our plans with four to five boutique builders from the beginning it was clear that Gary`s experience and willingness to help will most likely secure our agreement. We had to revise our plans several times to bring into the budget, rework inclusions to meet the shortage on bank valuation, and out of all companies no one was capable to support us more efficiently to achieve our goals other than Gary.
Working as a building consultant for a project builder for over a decade myself and completing other private renovation and building projects in the past, I had a strong and high expectation of service and product delivery.
Both of these were met with the highest possible professionalism and with the friendliest manner. Coming along with last-minute ideas right before completion, changing selections all over several times throughout the build, we couldn’t ever ask for a kinder approach.
The process was fun, engaging, and really enjoyable. Seeing the transformation while you have the best support possible made this journey a very positive memory.
